After the restart of Outlook you will find under "Data" menu;punkt "Secure copy ". Choose this and click on save secure copy.

Here you are noticed, that you have to restart Outlook and then the tool can save your files. Follow the instuctions and restart Outlook.

Now your personal file is saved.

Make your personal files

Click on data – secure copy and next on open secure copy. Choose here data "My Outlook Data – current data secured " and click on open.
